Greek basil is a favorite of mine and its scent brings me back to childhood memories of Cyprus.

This small leaf basil has a stronger clove-like scent, more pungent than larger leaf basil, and is a magical addition to your salad dressings and any savory baked dish.

French tarragon is the only true tarragon prized for fine cuisine. It has a distinctive anise or licorice flavor, with a hint of mint.

French tarragon is wonderful in your morning omelet, frittatas, salad dressings, soups, baked chicken, fish, roasted vegetables or as a garnish.

Bold aroma that's a blend between licorice, mint, ginger and sweet tea.

Use in your favorite sauce, make a purple pesto or make a vinegar infusion!
